4. Payment Terms

Advance Payment

Milestone Payments

For larger projects, payments may be divided into milestones according to the agreed proposal.

Final Payment

Final project files, source files, website deployment, or ownership transfers will only be delivered after full payment has been received.

Late Payments

5. Revisions and Modifications

Projects include the number of revisions specified in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Major changes requested after approval of designs, layouts, or development stages may be treated as a new project or change request.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Company-Owned Materials

• Templates
• Proprietary tools
• Unused design concepts

Final Deliverables

Upon full payment, ownership of approved final deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.

8. Portfolio Rights

Code Minds Creative reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, marketing materials, social media channels, and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Website Hosting and Third-Party Services

Clients may use third-party services including:

• Hosting Providers
• Domain Registrars
• Payment Gateways

Code Minds Creative is not liable for:

• Third-party service interruptions
• Hosting failures
• Software updates
• Domain expiration
• Platform policy changes

10. Search Engine Optimization Disclaimer
